Fails To Operate
1. Is the power turned on?
2. Check access screw is fully tightened.
3. Check the fuse in the plug, if blown replace.
4. Fuse continues to blow?

Immediately disconnect from the mains electricity sup-

ply and consult your local Approved Service Centre

Poor Blowing
1. The air inlets are blocked, clean all air inlets.
2. Mode indicator not in the right position?
3. Tube may be blocked. Open Blockage Clearing Cap

and clear blockage with blunt edge instrument

3. If poor blowing persists?

Immediately disconnect from the mains electricity sup-

ply and consult your local Approved Service Centre

Poor Vacuum
1. The air inlets are blocked, clean all air inlets.
2. Mode indicator not in the right position?
3. If poor vacuuming persists?

Immediately disconnect from the mains electricity sup-

ply and consult your local Approved Service Centre

Excessive Vibration
1. Inspect the fan for damage and replace if necessary
2. If excessive vibration persists?

Immediately disconnect from the mains electricity sup-

ply and consult your local Approved Service Centre

Fault Finding Hints

WARNING Never use water for cleaning your
product, use only a dry cloth. Do not clean with
chemicals or solvents, some can destroy critical
plastic parts.

After Using Your Product
1. Switch off and disconnect from the mains

electricity supply before cleaning your prod-
uct.

2. Always empty the debris bag.
3. Unscrew the Access Screw (S1) until the

motor housing unit pivots open.

4. Inspect the fan for damage and replace if

necessary. Clean the fan with a soft brush
ensuring it is free from debris (S2)

5. Clean the tube with a soft brush.(S3)
6. Clean the debris exit hole with a soft brush.

(S4)

7. Close up the motor housing unit and tighten

the Access screw until secure (do not over-
tighten).

8. Clean the air vents with a soft brush (S5)
9. Turn over the product and clean the Debris

Outlet with a soft brush.(S6)

10. Refit the debris bag.

Storing Your Product
Always store the product in a dry place ensuring the
cable is not likely to be damaged on sharp edges
etc.

IMPORTANT - ACCESS SCREW - WHEN STOR-
ING PRODUCT:

Always ensure Access Screw (S1) is unscrewed
back from the switching position by approximately 3
full turns prior to storage.
Be careful to ensure the motor housing does not
pivot open.

Remember to tigthen Access Screw before re-using
the product.
