• Snap the gas cap assembly into the square opening in
the rear of the vehicle. (The gas cap tether should point
down.)

• With the sport bar positioned to angle towards the rear of
the vehicle, fit the ends of the sport bar in the holes in
the vehicle body on either side of the seat.
• Press firmly on each side of the sport bar to fit it into the
vehicle body.

• Using safety scissors, separate the taillight lenses and
taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Dispose of
the plastic connectors.
• Fit a taillight lens in a taillight housing.

• Face the back of the vehicle.
• Align the holes in the taillight lens and housing assembly
with the holes in the vehicle body.
• Insert two #8 x 1” screws through the holes in the taillight
assembly and into the vehicle body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Repeat steps 22 and 23 to assemble the other taillight
lens and taillight housing to the vehicle body.
