• Align the tips of the screws with the holes in the other
half of the sport bar cover and fit the two sport bar cover
halves together.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.

Hood
Grille
• Raise the hood.
• Fit the tabs at the bottom of the grille into the slots in the
vehicle body.
• Press near the top of the grille to snap it into the
vehicle body.
• Lower the hood.

• Fit the tab on one side of a headlight lens into the notch
in the grille.
• Push firmly to snap the tab on the other side of the lens
into the grille.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other
headlight lens.

• With the ends of the sport bar angled toward you, fit
the half of the sport bar cover marked “BAC” under the
sport bar.
• Align the holes in the sport bar with the holes in the
sport bar cover half.
• Insert two #6 x 1 1 /
2
" screws up through the sport bar
cover half and through the sport bar.
