If flows arrive with no in interface it may indicate a configuration problem on a Catalyst
switch. Please contact technical support.

The about page shows a summary of information about what versions of NetFlow
Tracker, Java, MySQL and you server’s operating system are installed. It also shows
whether all main subsystems are running. Technical support may ask for this page to
help diagnose a problem.
