Troubleshooting
PROBLEMS
RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS
CAUSES
Contact an authorized service provider if the problem persists even after you have applied the remedies described above.
• The appliance does not
turn on.
• Plug the power cord carefully into the power outlet.
• Open the latches and firmly reseat the main body on the
basin.
• Contact an Authorized Service Provider.
• Suction is not adequate.
• Replace with a new one.
• Check the suction line and remove any obstructions.
• Clean the separator.
• The vacuum hose may be torn or pierced.
• The suction line may be blocked.
• Separator may be dirty
• Emits dust and particles
• Clean the separator and ensure that it is installed
correctly.
• Fill water in the dirty water basin up to the top of the
measuring post.
• Replace the water inside the dirty water basin.
• Replace the pollen filter.
• Separator may be blocked or not installed
correctly.
• No water or very low level of water inside the dirty
water basin.
• Water inside the dirty water basin may have
become very dirty.
• Pollen filter may have become very dirty.
• Abnormal sound, noise
or vibration.
• Clean the separator and ensure that it is installed correctly.
• Check the water level inside the basin. Drain water until it
is below the upper point of the measuring post if the water
level is too high.
• Separator may be blocked or not firmly
seated.
• Water level inside the dirty water basin may
be too high.
• Power Nozzle does not
operate.
• Check if the vacuuming hose is connected to the
body and if the Power Nozzle is plugged into the
outlet under the trigger.
• Connections of the Power Nozzle may
be placed incorrectly.
• Brush does not rotate
although the power
nozzle motor operates.
• Clean the brushes and air inlet compartments.
• A foreign object may be blocking the
brush.
• Appliance abruptly
stopped during
operation.
• Check the end of the brush and remove any foreign
objects.
• Then, turn off your appliance from the touch control
panel on the body and restart the machine.
• Power Nozzle brush may be excessively filthy
or a foreign object such as rope, nylon, etc.,
may be stuck in the brush end. In this case,
the appliance will stop in order to protect
the system, i.e. thermal fuse system will be
activated which stops the motor.
• Remote control does not
operate.
• Replace the battery with a new one.
• Battery may be weak.
• Power supply is not available or the appliance is
unplugged.
• The Motor safety switch is not turned on.
• The cord, plug or motor may be faulty.
