MP3/WMA PLAYBACK
MODE SELECTION
The playback mode for MP3/WMA files can be
selected.
Cont. mode:
All playable files on the disc will be
played (When first purchased).
Folder mode: All playable files in a selected folder
will be played.
1.
During stop, press the MENU button on the
remote controller once then the
7 button twice.
“MP3/WMA Mode” will be displayed.
2.
Press the remote control ENTER button. The
currently set mode will be displayed.

When the
4/1, ¡/¢ button on the CD
player or the
4, ¢ button on the remote
control is pressed, the display will switch.
Press the remote control ENTER button to
select.
The process is cancelled if the STOP button on
the player, or the STOP or CANCEL button on
the remote control, is pressed.
Note:
Normal or random playback, AMS play will play
the files set by the MP3/WMA playback mode.
SELECTING THE FOLDER
TO LISTEN TO

While not playing, select the folder using the +
or - buttons on the remote control.
The folder name will be displayed.
2.
Press the ENTER button on the remote
control. The first file name in the folder will be
displayed.

Press the POWER button on the player to turn
on the power.
2.
On closing the disc tray, after “TOC Reading”
has displayed, the number of files that can be
played will be displayed.
3.
Press the
3 button on the player or remote
control unit to start play. Adjust the volume level
at the amplifier.
Pausing or stopping playback or CD removal
are carried out in the same way as with an Audio
CD. (page 10)

Note:
There are certain playback functions, such as
program playback and pitch control, that cannot
be used when MP3 and WMA files are being
played back.
