Use ND Filter Under Bright Conditions
The use of a neutral density filter is recomrnend-
e^under very bfigTit conditicris or under excess
light.
Under
these
conditions,
the
aperture
will
close down to f/16 or f/22, and it makes very little
difference with the completely closed aperture, and
so fadings will be performed too rapidly. If the
light intensity is lowered, with the use of the ND
filter, the aperture opening or closing can be per
formed
more
slowly
and
smoothly
Canon
ND
filters are available in two types, 4X and 8X
