LOOK INTO THE VIEWFINDER

Holding the Camera

Hold the hand grip with the right hand and

place the forefinger on the shutter lever. Zoom

ing, focusing and -manual aperture adjustments are

performed with the left hand

The camera should be held steady, especially when

shooting in telephoto or when zooming. For best

results, use a separately available Canon Chestpod

or a tripod and cable release when possible.

#Be sure the eyepiece shutter switch is set at

"OPEN". Otherwise, you will not be able to see

anything inside the viewfinder.
