Superimposing a Title on Your Tape
The following example shows you how to superimpose a title with the scrolling up effect.
The color name and the display mode indicators inside the viewfinder will not be recorded.
Before superimposing the title, store it in the camcorder.

In standby mode, press COLOR/MODE to
select the display mode of the title.

In standby mode or during recording press
SUPERIMPOSE ON/OFF at the point you
want to insert the title.
The title appears.
At the point you want to turn off the title,
press SUPERIMPOSE ON/OFF again.
The title goes out.

Function of the COLOR/MODE button
This button has a double function: one is to select the title color and the other is to select
the title display mode.
If the title is displayed, this button acts as the color selection button, but if it is not. it acts
as the mode select button.
Superimposing a title at the beginning
1 Set the camcorder in the standby mode.
2 Press SUPERIMPOSE ON/OFF.
3 Start recording with the title displayed inside the viewfinder.
4 At the point you want to turn off the title, press SUPERIMPOSE ON/OFF again.
