1) Your IP620 gives you the option of Rejecting a ringing call. To do so press
while ringing.
2) The example in the display in these instructions shows extension 4950. Your phone line number will likely
be different.

Answering a new call while connected on a call is enhanced with Auto Hold (see Using Hold and Auto Hold). The
streamlined steps to making this function are:
