SOURCE is used to identify the device being
controlled (TV, VCR, Cable etc). SOURCE 1-
SOURCE 4 may be used with either library or
learned codes. SOURCE 5 and SOURCE 6 are
for library codes only. All sources can be
associated with any type of device.
Before any IR messages can be sent, the SpitFIRE
must be programmed for the device code of the
appliance is being controlled. If you learn a new
code, the code will overwrite the library code for
the source selected. If you intend to learn a code
for a specific source, it is not necessary to
program a source code.
