Movie Rating Limit/ V-Chip menu
: Makes movie programs with selected ratings unavailable/
available.

: National Association of Broadcasters.
Nature/ Options menu
: Natural color tint.
NR/ Video menu
: Noise Reduction; imaging noise and distortion will be reduced.
NTSC/ Television input
: National Transmission Standards Committee, an analog televi-
sion input widely used by cable television and standard antennas.
Opaque/ Options menu
: Incapable of seeing through.
OSD/ General
: On Screen Display.
OSD Timeout/ Options menu
: Setup of how much idle time is allowed before the menu
screen exits.
Panoramic/ Screen menu
: This is generally used to eliminate the “black bars” on the screen;
does distort the entire image (which widescreen does with a 4:3 video). The center of the
image will not be stretched horizontally.
