Adjusting the phone volume
During a call, you can tap to display a Slider Bar that lets you adjust the volume. Note
that you can opt to adjust the phone volume
(ring) or device volume
(notification
levels and MP3) by using the Slider Bars. Or, alternatively you can press the up/down
Volume button on the left side of your device to access these Slider Bars.
You can tap the
Off button to mute the volume. Or, if you tap the Vibrate button, sound
will automatically be muted and the device will vibrate when an incoming call is received.
The
icon will appear in the Title Bar at the top of the screen to indicate that Vibration
mode has been set.
To adjust the conversation phone volume, you must do it during a call. Adjusting the volume
at another time will affect the ring, notification, and MP3 sound levels.
