Attach spacers (10, 11) to pole mount bracket (7) with bolts (12), washers (13), and
nuts (14) as shown. IMPORTANT! Tighten until washers (13) no longer move.
Assemble lanyard (17) to locking pin (18) as shown in FIG. A. Attach covers (15)
onto pole mount bracket (7) with carriage bolt (16) and nut (9) as shown.
IMPORTANT: Loop end of pin lanyard (18) over carriage bolt (16) during this
assembly.
