How to Make Coffee

Remove thermal carafe lid. Fill thermal carafe with desired
amount of cold water. Align with open lock and twist to
lock in place.
For Hotter Coffee: Before brewing,
fill carafe with hot tap water and let
stand 1 minute. Empty, place on
base and begin brewing. Paper cone filter may be used in
place of permanent filter.

Lock filter basket into place.
IMPORTANT: Lid will not close all
the way if filter basket handle is
not locked securely into place.
