How to Use MANUAL Mode

Selected Grid Temp will flash and
timer will flash “PrE” during
preheat.
Press ENTER. NOTE: Maximum
time is 20 minutes. Beep will sound when grill is pre-
heated. Select desired cooking time
in minutes. See “Grilling Chart.”
Before First Use: See the “Cleaning” section to clean cooking surfaces.
NOTE: Do not use metal utensils when placing or removing food from grill.
Burn Hazard. Always use an oven mitt to protect hand
from contact with hot surfaces and steam during grilling. w WARNING

For Celsius: Press and hold MODE; then press ENTER.
Select desired grill temperature. Then press ENTER. Grill will remember
desired temperature until unplugged. NOTE: 425˚F (220ºC) is the default
setting. See “Grilling Chart.”
