Repairs to the washing machine must only be carried out by qualified personnel. Repairs
carried out by inexperienced persons may cause injury or serious malfunctioning.

ErLC door lock abnormal
Pushing the door to check whether it is properly
close; cut off the power and then turn on again.
If error still exist, please contact service personnel.
ErUL door unlock abnormal
Cut off the power and then turn on again. If error still
exist, please contact service personnel.
bloc punp drainage abnormal
Cut off the power.
Check if the drain hose is bent or clogged.
Check if the height of the drain hose end is more
than 96" above the floor.
Check if the drain filter is clogged.
If error still exist, please contact service personnel.
Err3 temperature sensor error Please contact service personnel.
Err4 heating resistor failure Please contact service personnel.
no taps water inlet error
Check the two water inlet hose nuts to see if they are
properly fixed.
Check if the inlet hoses are bent or clogged.
Check that water pressure is less than 0.03MPa.
Check if the water tap is not turned on.
Check if the water supply is failed.
If the problem is solved, touch the Start/Pause pad to
continue the cycle; If error still exist, please contact
service personnel.
Err7 motor no rotation error Please contact service personnel.
Err8 water over flow error
The washer will auto drain out of water, and then
auto clean up; If error still occur, please contact
service personnel.
Er10 water level sensor error Please contact service personnel.
UNB unbalance error
It is not recommended to wash single item.
1.Cut off the power.
2. Redistribute the washing clothes.
3. Restart the spin cycle by touching “RINSE&/SPIN”
pad twice.
