8. Identify elevator tubes.
Install triangle plates (33) and elevator tubes (35) to top pole section (1) as shown.
Install pole cap (34) at this time.

Test-fit bolts into
holes; carefully rock
them in a circular
motion to ream out
paint from holes if
necessary.
