NOTE: Keep hardware loose until

Attach upper pole mounting bracket (20) to swivel
bracket (21) and fully tighten.

Attach pole assembly to pole bracket (10) as
shown. NOTE: Keep unnecessary pressure off
of the pole assembly when in this position. Two
people recommended for this step.
