Note 1 : If under guarantee, our Engineers will need to see a copy of your purchase
receipt when they call.
Note 2 : Our Engineers will use every effort to avoid damage to floor coverings and
adjacent units when carrying out repair/service work, but in locations where
the Engineer advises you that it will be impossible to move the appliance
without risk of damage, he will only proceed with your approval that no
liability will be accepted.
