ARNING! Chain saws can be

dangerous! Careless or improper use
can result in serious or fatal injury to the
operator or others.

Please read the operator’s manual
carefully and make sure you understand
the instructions before using the machine.

Always wear:

Approved protective helmet

Approved hearing protection

Protective goggles or a visor

Both of the operator

s hands must be

used to operate the chain saw.

Never operate a chain saw holding it with
one hand only.

Contact of the guide bar tip with any
object must be avoided.

WARNING! Kickback may occur when
the nose or tip of the guide bar touches
an object, and cause a lightning fast
reverse reaction, kicking the guide bar
up and towards the operator. May cause
serious personal injury.

Decompression v

alve:

The valve

is to reduce the pressure in the cylinder
and make starting easier. You should
always use the decompression valve
when starting the machine.

Ignition;

Set the choke control

in the choke position. This should
automatically set the stop switch to the
start position.

prevent unintentional starting, the
spark plug cap must be removed
from the spark plug when
assembling, checking and/or
performing maintenance.
