If using a DSS box which can be controlled by the VCR, turn on the DSS box before the time
the recording is to begin.
If using a DSS box which cannot be controlled by the VCR, select LINE1 in the CH column,
not a channel to be recorded, then turn on the DSS box before the time the recording is to
begin and tune the DSS box to the channel which you want to record .
When the DSS Box Has been Set Up and or is Specified for "I
CHANNEL" on the CHANNEL PRESET Screen
If you have selected one of the channels 100-125 when programming the timer, the following
screen will appear.
The screen shows that channel 120 has been selected.

Specify the channel to be recorded, "DSS" or "CATV".
