Using the Oven 20
Meat probe
After a set core temperature is reached, an audible signal sounds.

The oven is not switched off!
There are two temperatures to consider:

The oven temperature: see Roasting Table
–
Core temperature: see Meat probe Table

Important: Only the meat probe supplied may be used. If replacing, only use
genuine spare parts.
1. Push the tip of the meat probe right into
the meat so that the tip is in the centre of
the meat.
2. Insert the meat probe plug into the socket
on the side wall of the oven as far as it will
go
3. Select desired oven function and tempera-
ture.
The suggested temperature appears in the
display.

The core temperature is displayed once it
reaches 30°C and thereafter.
4. Using the or button, set the desired
core temperature.
