Top Plate features:
 1/4-20 female threaded holes to mount mic, lights, friction arm etc..
 14/4-20 mounting screw to mount a GoPro, a 360 camera, light, mic, friction
arm etc..

At this point, your setup should look like Fig. D. The POV 100 is a very flexible head rig with multiple
adjustments and mounting possibilities. See the adjustments available below .
Front Plate features:
 1/4-20 female threaded holes
for accessories
 14/4-20 mounting screw
Crossbar Knobs:
Loosen up the knobs. Adjust the
angle of the camera. Tighten the
knobs when done.
Temple Plate:
Remove the 2 screws. While
keeping a 45 degree angle, move
the camera frame horizontally
and along the slot to adjust how
far from the face the camera will
be.
Lock in place using the 2 screws.
Use the other threaded holes to
mount accessories.
Mid –section Knobs:
Loosen up the knobs. Adjust
the camera position so you
can see clearly in front of
you. Tighten the knobs when
done.
