Third Party Software and Personal Data Collection

The watch has Google’s Android Wear software

installed, which interacts with various mobile

applications. Both the software on the watch

and the mobile applications will be the subject

of an end-user licence agreement between

yourself and Google and/or other third party

licensors. In addition, the data collection practices

will be subject to Google’s or other third party

privacy policies. We are not responsible for any

of the terms of the relevant end-user licence

agreements or any relevant information collection

practices. If you choose to use the software,

applications and/or provide your personal data,

then this is at your own risk.
