the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of
disease or other conditions. Doing so could lead
to injury or death.
While moderate physical activity is considered
safe for most people, you are advised –
particularly if you have any pre-existing condition
that might be affected by your use of the watch
- to consult a doctor before using the watch for
the first time and if/when modifying any exercise
programme.
Although the watch is designed, tested, and
manufactured to comply with regulations
governing radio frequency emissions in the U.S.,
the wireless transmitters and electrical circuits
in the watch may cause interference in other
electronic equipment.
Please follow the advice below to limit the risks of
radio-frequency interference:
- Consult a doctor prior to use if you have a
pacemaker or other internal electronic device
and, more generally, if you have a heart or other
medical condition.
- Keep the watch and charger at least 6 inches
(15 cm) away from any implantable medical
device (e.g. pacemaker, defibrillator, or other
medical device).
- If there is any reason to suspect interference,
turn off the watch immediately.
Water Resistance
The watch is water resistant according to IP68.
It can be exposed to sweat or rain and can be
worn while washing your hands. Do not wear it
under the shower, for swimming or other water
activities. There is a risk that pressurised water
could get in and damage the watch.
Submersion of the watch is not recommended. If
water splashes on your watch, wipe it off with a
non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
The water resistance may be affected when
dropping the watch or by exposing it to high
pressure, temperature or humidity.
The charger and other accessories are not water
resistant and must be kept away from any water.
Operation
Do not try to rotate the crown; it is fixed to the
watch case. Do not apply excessive pressure on
the push button.
The watch can be used in locations with an
ambient temperature of 0°C to 50°C (32°F
to 122°F) . You can store the watch at an
ambient temperature of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to
122°F). Using or storing the watch outside the
recommended temperature ranges may damage
the watch.
Turn off the watch in potentially explosive
environments.
The accuracy of the information and data
provided by this watch, including heart rate and
activity tracking, maps, directions, and other GPS
or navigation data may be unavailable, inaccurate
or incomplete under certain circumstances, and
may be altered by factors such as environmental
