Hydration Station
The Hydration Station provides plant staff, shop workers and employees located in the factory area with a close, secure and
clean area to wash hands, get water or dispose of liquids. Also designed to serve as a nearby employee safety station, the
Hydration Station can include an eye wash, drenching showers and first-aid kits. Instead of timely and long trips to a medical
station, central sink or restroom, employees can quickly walk to the nearest Hydration Station. The Hydration Station's
integrated mop sink and faucet allow for more frequent shop cleaning and maintenance. Economically priced and easy to
install, the Hydration Station can be located in various areas of a plant or warehouse.

Standard unit equipped with:
• 10 kVa transformer and 30 amp fused disconnect with 30 amp fuses
• Equipped with a backflow preventer and a 12-gallon electric water heater
Dimensions
• Measures 4' x 4' deep without mop sink, eye wash or drench shower; 6' 6" - 7" high (option dependent). selected options
may increase height or width.
Structure
• Manufactured from 14 gauge stainless steel panels fastened together to form the unit
• Stainless steel panels are laser cut and formed with all edges ground smooth
Additional Requirements:
Unit should be supplied with 460V 1 PH input power
• 3/4" - 1-1/2" potable water drop is required
• Units have a 1-1/2" vent that must be piped to the truss or outside the plant
• Units will have a 2" galvanized waste discharge line requiring termination into a process or sanitary waste line
