Readying the Printer for Use
Connecting the Printer
USB interface/Parallel interface
Use a shielded, USB version 1.1 cable or twisted-pair parallel
interface cable that is IEEE-1284 compatible.
Follow these steps to connect the printer using the USB/parallel
interface:
1. Make sure that both the printer and the computer are turned
off.
