WARRANTY
We give a 3 year warranty on material and manufacturing faults in the product.
The guarantee does not apply to:
Damage caused by improper use
Parts subject to wear and tear
Bulbs
Faults that were known to the customer at the time of purchase
Damage caused by the customer
The customer’s statutory warranty rights are not affected by the manufacturer’s warran-
ty. In order to make a guarantee claim within the period of the guarantee, the customer
must produce proof of purchase. The warranty claim must be made within a period of 3
years from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the
right to have the product repaired in our own workshops or by workshops authorised by
us. The customer is not granted any further right on the grounds of the warranty.
