Massage heads rotate slower and slower.
Too much pressure on massage heads.
Reduce pressure on massage heads.
Massage heads do not move.

Insert the plug and switch on the device.

disconnect plug from the mains socket
before cleaning the shiatsu seat cushion.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do
not pull the cover

over the cushion
until it is completely dry. There is
otherwise a risk of electric shock.
CAUTION! Do not use chemical cleaners or
scouring agents for cleaning the shiatsu cushion.
Otherwise you may damage it.
Clean the device only in the manner indicated.
Under no circumstances must any liquid be
allowed to enter the device or the accessories.
Small stains can be removed with a cloth or
moist sponge and if necessary with a little mild
detergent. Do not use solvent-containing cleaners.
Clean the removable cover

accordance with the cleaning symbols
on the label. It is machine-washable.
Set the washing machine on a gentle 30 °C
washing program.
Use a mild detergent according to the manu-
facturer‘s instructions.
Storage
CAUTION! Let the shiatsu cushion cool before
putting it away.
If you do not intend to use the Shiatsu cushion
for any length of time, store it in the original
packing in a dry place without weighing it down.
Information
Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty covering faults in
materials or manufacture of the product from the
purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from improper use.
• Wear parts.
• Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
• Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer‘s legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty
within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase
are honoured by
