Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 - 4 sprigs of fl at Parsley

3 - 4 stalks of Basil

ca. 100 ml Olive oi

1 untreated Lemon

1 heaped tsp Mustard (Dijon mustard)

1 Garlic clove

Salt, Pepper, Sugar

Preparation

1) Remove the leaves from the stems of the herbs and place them in a high

mixing bowl.

2) Add the juice of the lemon and a little zest.

3) Peel the garlic clove and cut it into small cubes.

4) Place the mustard, the chopped garlic, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl.

5) Mix the ingredients with the hand mixer 5 and gradually add the olive oil.

6) Season the vinaigrette to taste and perhaps add a pinch of sugar.

Mango-Banana-Shake

Ingredients

1 ripe Mango (One recognises a ripe mango in that the skin yields to light
pressure.)

½ Banana

1 Orange

200 ml milk

Preparation

1) Peel the mango and the banana.

2) Cut the mango and half a banana into small pieces and place them in a

mixing bowl.

3) Add the milk and purée everything with the hand mixer 5.

4) Squeeze the juice from the orange and add it in to the mixing bowl.

5) Once again, mix everything with the hand mixer 5.
