7. Cleaning
Warning! To avoid the danger of
an electric shock or damage:
– Remove the plug from the mains
socket before starting to clean
the appliance.
– Never immerse the appliance in
water, and protect it from
splashes and water droplets.
– Before cleaning, allow the
appliance to cool down to avoid
the risk of burns.
Caution! Never use abrasive, corrosive or
scratching cleaning materials. These might
damage the appliance and the non-stick
coating of grill cover 2 and raclette pans 1.
Note: Don’t wait too long to wash after
cooling so that the food remains don’t dry
on and become difficult to remove.

to cool down adequately.
– When cleaning grill cover 2,
take care not to injure yourself on
the sharp hooks. It is best to use
a washing-up brush.
– When drying up grill cover 2,
take care not to injure yourself on
the sharp hooks. Proceed with
particular caution.
1. Wash grill cover 2, raclette pans 1 and
wooden spatulas 7 by hand in hot
washing-up water.
2. If heavily soiled, leave parts to soak in
warm water for about 20 – 30 minutes.
You could add a few drops of mild
washing-up liquid.
3. Carefully dry all parts after cleaning.
