E 14 fittings and a maximum rated output of
9 watts.

Before installation
Important: the electrical connection must be made
by a qualified electrician or a person authorised
to perform electrical installations. This person must
be familiar with the properties of the light and all
connection regulations.

Before installation, please familiarise yourself
with the instructions and illustrations in this
operating manual and with the light itself.
J
Please regard the security zones for electrical
compnents in a bathroom and let the articles only
be mounted by a qualified electrician or a person
authorised to perform electrical installations.

Make sure before installation that there is no
voltage on the line you will be connecting the
light to. To do this, remove the fuse or switch off
the circuit breaker in the fuse box (0 position).

Check that there is no voltage using a voltage
tester.
Note: Carefully read the information stickers on
the product before mounting the light onto the
ceiling or wall.

Mount the light in accordance with the direction
of the arrow (see information sticker).

Note: you will need an electric drill to install the light.
m CaUTION! rISK OF INJUrY! Please read
the operating instructions for your drill.
1. Turn the glass dome

off the light body

rotating it anticlockwise.
2. Hold the light body

on to the ceiling and
mark the positions where the mounting holes
are to be drilled.
m CaUTION! Ensure that you do not damage
any electricity cables in the ceiling.
3. Now drill the mounting holes.
4. Insert the dowels

into the drilled holes. If
necessary use a hammer to make this easier.
5. Push the mains connecting cable through the
hole in the light body

and fix the lamp with
the screws with washers

into the dowels

6. Now connect the mains connection cable to
the terminal block

Note: Ensure that each wire of the mains
connection cable is correctly connected:
Live wire, black / brown = symbol L,
Neutral wire, blue = symbol N,
Protective earth wire, green-yellow = symbol .
7. Make sure that the plastic cover

is securely
fixed in the drainage hole
