After insertion, screw the battery case cover back on
tightly.
Turning the device on/off
Press the ON/OFF button to turn the device on or off.
The device turns off automatically around 5 minutes if
no button has been pressed. If you turn the device on
shortly after it turns off automatically, the Mini Pocket
Translator returns automatically to the previously
selected function.
Setting the contrast
Press any language key (ENG, FRE, GER etc.) and the
selected language appears in the display. To set the con-
trast, press the ▼ key. The word “CONTRAST” appears.
Press the ▲/▼ keys, to select the contrast for the
display. Confirm your selection with the ENTER key.
Turning the key noise on/off
Press the MODE button twice, to access the calculator
function. “0.” appears in the display. Afterwards, you can
turn the key noise on or off with the “B key”. The words
“Keytone ON”/ “Keytone OFF” appear temporarily in
the display.
