Danger Risk of explosion!

Flammable liquids, which are poured onto the smoul-
dering coals, result in darting flames or deflagration.

– Do not use ethyl alcohol, gasoline or similar liquids when light-

ing or relighting the grill!.

– Do not place any pieces of charcoal soaked in firestarter liq-

uid on the hot coals.

Danger Danger of poisoning!

Carbon monoxide is produced when burning char-
coal, barbecue briquettes etc. This gas is odourless

and can be fatal in enclosed rooms!

– Only use the grill outdoors.

Danger Health hazard!

Do not use any dye solvents or thinners to remove
stains. They are hazardous to health and must not

come in contact with food.

Danger Dangers for children!

Children can become trapped in the packing film
when playing and suffocate.

– Do not allow children to play with the packing film.

– Make sure that children do not put small assembly parts in

their mouth; they could swallow them and choke.

Danger Risk of injury

Some areas of the grill and individual parts have
sharp edges.

– Handle the individual parts of the grill will care to prevent ac-

cidents and/or injury when assembling and using the grill. If
necessary, wear protective gloves.

– Do not set up the grill close to entrances or highly frequented

areas.

– Always be very careful when grilling. If you are distracted, you

may lose control of the device.

– Always be attentive and pay attention to what you are do-

ing. Do not use the product if you are not concentrated or
tired and/or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medica-
tion. Even a single moment of inattentiveness when using the
product may result in serious injury.

Attention Risk of damage!

Any screwed connections may gradually loosen dur-
ing use and affect the stability of the grill.

– Before use, always check that the screws are secure. If nec-

essary, tighten all screws again in order to ensure that the
grill has a stable position.

Do not use any strong or abrasive solvents or scour-
ing pads as they may attack and scratch the surfaces.

Assembly

Preparation

Danger Risk of injury!

Failure to observe the instructions may result in prob-
lems and risks when using the grill.

– Always follow all assembly instructions provided.

1. First completely read through the assembly instructions.

2. If necessary, have another person assist you.

3. When assembling the grill, wear protective gloves if neces-

sary as some components may have sharp edges.

4. Take enough time for the assembly and clear a work area of

two to three square meters.

5. Lay out any required tools so that they are within reach.

Small parts such as handles may come preassembled.

Required tools

1 x cross-slotted screwdriver
1 x size 8 wrench

Assembling the grill

1. First pull the protective foil off of all stainless steel parts.

2. Regarding Fig. 1:

Run the screw (c) through the knob (12). Secure the air flow
slider (11) on the front support column (1) using the nut (b)
and the knob (12). Do not tighten the screwed connection
excessively, the slider must be able to open and close.

3. Regarding Fig. 2:

Connect the front support column (1) and the back support
column (2).

4. Regarding Fig. 3:

Place the support column on the base plate (3) such that
the mounting panels of the base plate are on the inside.
Mount the support column on the base plate (3) using 4
screws (a).

5. Regarding Fig. 4:

Insert the ash collector (10).

6. Regarding Fig. 5:

Connect the four funnel parts (4) and secure them with 8
screws (a) and nuts (b).

7. Regarding Fig. 6:

Place the finished funnel on the support column so that the
mounting panels on the funnel are on the inside. Mount the
funnel to the right and left side of the support column using
2 screws (a) and nuts (b) for each side.

8. Regarding Fig. 7:

Place the grate (8) in the funnel.

9. Regarding Fig. 8:

Connect the rear wind guard (5), left wind gurad (6) and
right wind guard (7) and secure the parts with 4 screws (a)
and nuts (b).

10. Regarding 9:

Place the complete wind guard on the funnel so that the at-
tachments of the wind guard are on the outside. Mount the
wind guard on the funnel using a total of 5 screws (a) and
nuts (b).

11. Regarding Fig. 10:

Hook the grill rack (9) in place using the handles. Important:
The handles are not mounted in a central position. The
shorter side of the grill rack should be on the back.
