Fitting the Shoe
Spikes
Pull the front shoe spike strap over
the point of the shoe (Fig. 1).
Then pull the rear shoe spike strap
over the heel of your shoe (Fig. 2).
Check that the shoe spikes are
correctly fitted (Fig. 3).
