Screw the two screw-on valves 6 , 7 clock-
wise onto the respective openings. Unscrew the
top cap counter-clockwise (see Fig. C III).
Note: Inflate the individual air chambers one
by one - never at once - initially to approx.
70%. Then one by one – never at once - inflate
the individual air chambers to 100%.
Place a ruler 16 (included) onto the pressure
gauge 5 . Stop once the maximum mark
(10 cm) is reached.
CAUTION! Never use compressed air. The
product has reached its full capacity when it
can still be pressed in slightly by hand. Do not
inflate the product more. The product may
otherwise burst or the seams can tear. The
recommended nominal pressure is 0.04 bar
(= 40 mbar = 0.58 PSI).
IMPORTANT! Keep in mind that air tempera-
ture and weather conditions can affect the air
pressure inside inflatable products. In cold
weather the product loses air pressure as the
air inside it contracts. In these conditions you
may need to add air. In hot weather the air in-
side expands. Under these conditions you may
have to remove air in order to avoid overfilling.
CAUTION! Be sure nobody sits, stands or
leans on the product before it is inflated.
Deflate slightly by compressing the air valve 8
with thumb and index finger, or by unscrewing
the screw-on valves
6 , 7 counter-clockwise.
The air pressure must be below the maximum
mark on the pressure gauge

Close the air valve 8 (see Fig. B) and screw-
on valves 6 , 7 (see Fig. CII).
Press in the air valve 8 (see Fig. B).
Note: If the product leaks air please contact a
speciality retailer. The screw-on valves
6 , 7
may be leaking or a seal may be missing. De-
fective seams can be repaired with speciality
cement. Please contact a speciality retailer.
Installing / uninstalling the oars
Do not remove the oars from the oarlocks 14 when
using the boat in water, but must be secured in he
oarlocks
14 to prevent loss!
Proceed as described in Fig. D.
Attaching the mooring rope
Note: Only attach the mooring rope 3a once the
dinghy is fully inflated.
Feed the mooring rope 3a through all eyes 2 .
Join the two ends of the mooring rope 3a at
the stern of the dinghy with a square knot
(see Fig. E).
Deflating the product
Unscrew the screw-on valves 6 , 7 counter-
clockwise to allow air to escape (see Fig. CI).
Pull out the air valve 8 (see Fig. B). Compress
the sides of the air valve with your thumb and
index finger until all air has escaped.
Slowly roll up the product (see Fig. A).
Note: Be sure the product is completely dry
before rolling it up.
Again compress the sides of the air valve 8 to
allow any remaining air to escape.

Proceed as described in Fig. G.
Maintenance
Patching the product
Note: Minor damage can be repaired using the
included patch kit. For major damage please con-
tact a speciality retailer.
First completely deflate the product (see
„Deflating the product“).
Cut the patch 13 to fit the hole.
Note: Be sure the patch 13 is larger than the
hole and overlaps the edges.
