6 ASSEMBLY
Some parts of the lawnmower have been dismantled for transport purpose. The screws,
wheels, handwheels, cable clips and screwdrivers are to be found in plastic bags. Assembly is
simple if you follow these instructions:
6.1 Grass collection box.
 Assemble the 2 halves and fix them together.
 Lift the rear cover and place the grass box cover.
6.2 Lower handle
 Adjust the lower handle at a favorable position and tighten the two knobs.
6.3 Upper handle
 Slide the cable restraint hook (5) onto the upper handle (7).
 Position the upper handle over the lower handle and align on the holes. Push the securing
bolts through the holes. Screw on the securing knobs and hand tighten.
 Hold the cable against the lower handle and pull gently upwards. Fix into position using
cable clips.
Note: for storage purposes, the handle is foldable.
6.4 Extensioncable / cable restraint.
Connect the female socket of the cable to the male socket of
the mower. To avoid disconnection of the cable during
operation, you have to pull it through the cable restraint
6.5 Mulching plug
 Lift the rear cover.
 Grasp the mulching plug by its handle and tilt at
an approximate 15 degree angle.
 Insert the plug into the rear discharge opening.
 Lower the rear cover.
Note: When using the mulching plug, do not install the grass catcher.
