Lift the discharge flap and remove the grass collect box.

Push the mulching wedge into the discharge channel.( Fig 5A). Lock the mulching wedge
with housing. (the nose on the bottom side of the mulching wedge grip must snap into
the opening in the housing. ( Fig 5B))

Lower the discharge flap again.
6.3 “3” convert to side-discharge mower
Make sure the motor stopped and blade has come to a complete stillstand!

 Lift the discharge flap and remove the grass collect box.
 Mount the mulching wedge (as decribed under To covert to mulching mower)
 Lift sideward flap (Fig 6A)
 Mount the discharge channel on the support pin of the sideward flap. (Fig 6A)
 Lower the sideward flap. The flap lies on the discharge channel. (Fig 6B)
6.4 return to normal mower
To Remove the mulching wedge:
Make sure the motor stopped and blade has come to a complete stillstand!!

Lift the rear discharge flap and remove the mulching wedge by unlocking it from the
housing and removing it.
