9.2
Cleaning the container
§ Empty and clean the container (13) after each use.
§ Dry the tub carefully after the machine has been used for vacuuming up liquids.
9.3
Cleaning the filter
§ Undo the two hinges on the dust/water container (13) and remove the motor unit(11).
§ Take out the filter by pulling it up.
§ Tap the filter inside the waste bin clean. Wash the filter under lukewarm running water if
necessary Jo clean the filter use a mild detergent. Never use boiling water. After washing,
dry the filter in the sun before reusing.
§ Place the dry filter back into the appliance. Make sure the filter is properly installed.
§ Reassemble the motor unit (11) on the appliance. Lock the hinge (10) on the dust/water
container (13).
§ Note: It is advisable to empty the container when it is less than half full. The water/ dust
container is not designed to store water, please ensure the container is emptied
immediately after use.
Remember! After wet vacuuming the filter must be dried before dry
vacuuming again.
WARNING: Be careful when emptying the container - it may be heavier than
you think.

11 SERVICE DEPARTMENT
§ Damaged switches must be replaced by our after-sales service department.
§ If the connecting cable (or mains plug) is damaged, it must be replaced by a particular
connecting cable which is available from our service department. Replacement of the
connecting cable must only be carried out by our service department (see last page) or by a
qualified person (qualified electrician).
12 STORAGE
§ Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories.
§ Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry place,
avoid too high and too low temperatures.
§ Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible.
§ Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up.
