 Place a receiving bin under the gauge glass.
 Remove the plug from the filling-point.
 Remove the screw from the gauge glass.
 Turn the machine slightly backwards to remove
all oil.
 Re-insert the screw and tighten it securely.
 Fill the pump housing with standard
compressor oil until the level is equal to the dot
on the gauge glass.
 Replace the plug.
8.3 Checking the oil-level
Check the oil-level prior to each use.
 The level must be equal to the red dot on the
gauge glass.
 If the level is below the mark, refill the oil.
8.4 Checking the safety valve
Check the operation of the safety valve prior to each use.
 Make sure that the tank is pressure free. The
pressure gauge must indicate 0 bar.
 Pull the ring a number of times. The pin should
move freely.
Do not use the machine if the pin in the safety valve cannot move freely. Do
not perform any adjustments to the safety valve.
8.5 Thermal Safety
 The machine shuts off automatically in the
event of overheating or overload
 Wait a few minutes to allow the machine to
cool
 Later, you can push the button to begin again
