AVS system.
Your POWX119 is equipped with an Anti Vibration
System (AVS). The rear handle is pivoting at the basis.
Try to execute an average constant pressure to the rear
handle, this will have the most effective result.
6.6
Drill / chisel function.
You must not select drilling or chiseling function. It is selected automatically as the drills and
chisels have different base.
6.7
Overload protection
Your POWX119 is equipped with an overload protection system (an electronic security device).
When the electric current in the motor is too high, the overload protection will engage and cut
the power supply automatically to protect the machine from damage. If this occurs, you can
restart the machine after a while as described in step 6.3.
6.8
Safety clutch. (only with drilling function)
Your POWX119 is equipped with a 'safety clutch' (a mechanical security device). When the
drill is jammed (for example when it touches steel wiring in concrete), the safety clutch will
engage and the drill will stop turning automatically to protect the machine from damage and
the user from injury. However the motor will continue to run and you have to release the
power switch immediately and pull the drill from the hole to release the clutch.
To restart the machine, proceed as described in step 6.3.
Note: While drilling, always hold your POWX119 tightly and stand firmly.
