Setup for Windows via USB Connection
Requirements:
• Windows Server 2003
• Windows XP
• Windows ME/98
• Windows 2000
Connecting a Cable
A printer cable is not supplied with the printer. You will need a
USB 2.0 cable.
1. Turn off the printer and Computer.

2. Insert a USB cable into the USB interface connector (1)
of the printer.
3. Insert the other end of the cable into the USB connector
of the computer.
Setup
NOTE: Install the printer driver before connecting the USB
cable to the printer.
4. Turn the printer OFF.
1. Insert the CD in the CD-ROM drive. The CD will autorun.
2. Select the language.
3. Accept the license agreement.
