Calibration
IMPORTANT: Please read the entire calibration procedure before proceeding with a calibration.
When the Corvus is ready to be calibrated, press the calibration button on the chosen instrument.
A calibration screen will appear.
PID output
The PID output window shows the VOC reading based on the current ZERO and SPAN levels, it is updated
once per minute.
Duty cycle bar graph
To ensure long term stability and ensure extended lamp life the Corvus PID sensor has a duty cycle of 1
minute. The PID is powered, allowed a few seconds to stabilize before taking a reading, the sensor is then
switched off until the next test cycle. The Duty cycle bar graph indicates the timing of the Corvus duty cycle.
