Cannot login WEB GUI?
a.
Confirm the IP address is correct, if you do not remember or cannot get the IP by
DHCP, please hold “DEF” button for 12 seconds after power on, to retrieve factory
mode.
b. Ping device IP address, if no response or loss a lot, please check Ethernet cable, and
set PC Ethernet port 10MB full duplex.

Check MDVR SIM card & antenna installation
