5.2 Selecting the Mounting Location
The mounting location of the antenna is crucial for the quality of the wireless connection. A circular
dead spot begins at the tip of the antenna. If you place the communication device in this dead spot,
the communication device cannot receive any radio waves from the antenna. Radio waves are
emitted in circles from the longitudinal side of the antenna:

Requirements for the mounting location:
☐ Sufficient length of the antenna extension cable to the inverter.
☐ The antenna extension cable can be laid without bending.
☐ The communication device is not in the antenna's dead spot.
Additional required mounting material (not included in the scope of delivery):
☐ 2 fasteners suitable for the wall material
