If you have technical problems, first contact your installer. The following information is required in
order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• Inverter device type
• Inverter serial number
• Inverter firmware version
• Special country-specific settings of the inverter
• Type and number of PV modules connected
• Mounting location and mounting altitude of the inverter
• Three-digit or four-digit event number and display message of the inverter
• Optional equipment, e.g., communication products
