THE PERFECT FIT
Standard Handlebar Adjustment
Follow these steps to adjust the handlebars for a personal fit.
1. Remove the handlebar cover to
expose the handlebar and the four
adjuster block bolts (A).
2. Using a 7/16″ (11 mm) wrench,
loosen the four nuts on the bottom
of the adjuster block (turn handlebar
to left or right for access to back
nuts).
NOTE: It may be necessary to pry the
adjuster blocks apart with a screw driver.
3. Adjust the handlebar to the desired height. Be sure handlebars,
brake lever and throttle lever operate smoothly and do not hit the
gas tank, windshield or any other part of the machine when turned
fully to the left or right.
4. Torque the handlebar adjuster block bolts to 11-13 ft. lbs. (1.5-1.8
