Cleaning the ceramic hob
Immediately after use (while the plate
is still hot) clean with the blade
scraper to remove sugar and spills
with a high sugar content, such as
marmalade, and also any melted
plastic or foil in order to avoid
damage to the plate.

Remove stains with the blade scraper
(see below).

Use cleaning agents when the heat
warner has gone out. Shake the
bottle and spray a couple of narrow
strips onto the plate. Rub clean with a
damp cloth or kitchen tissue.

Remove any excess with a damp
cloth, otherwise it can etch into the
plate the next time that it is heated.
Wipe dry.
