Make Sure You Use the Correct Console Cable
The console cable for IP3072 phone is a little bit different from IP3032/62/62D/92 series. If
your console cable looks like the LEFT picture below, then you will need to unplug the little
tail board, and plug a 4-4 pin female header cable instead.
Connecting the Console Cable with PC/Notebook And the IP3072
1. Take apart IP3072 phone housing.
2. Insert USB plug of the console cable into USB port of PC/Notebook.
3. Insert 4 pin connector of the console cable into the 4 pin header on the main board of
IP3072 phone. Please note the direction of the connector.
